Acceptance of Terms

By attending, registering for, or participating in BNI Referral Rockstars meetings—whether in person, online, or in hybrid format—you (“Member,” “Visitor,” “You”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. By engaging with our chapter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

BNI Referral Rockstars reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes.

Meeting Participation & Expectations

Members and visitors are expected to arrive on time and actively participate in scheduled meetings.

Attendance and engagement are essential to building relationships and fostering referrals.

Visitors may attend meetings in accordance with BNI policies. Repeated absences, late arrivals, or lack of participation may affect your membership status.

Earnings and Referral Disclaimer

BNI Referral Rockstars does not guarantee referrals, business opportunities, or income as a result of membership. The success of each member depends on their personal effort, relationship-building, and level of participation.

All BNI programs, resources, and tools are for networking and professional development purposes only. Members are solely responsible for the decisions they make, the referrals they provide, and the business outcomes that result.

Community Guidelines

To ensure a professional and respectful environment:

Be Respectful – Negative, rude, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

No Direct Selling or Pitching – Meetings are for relationship building and structured referrals, not unsolicited sales pitches.

Confidentiality – Information shared in meetings, including referrals and business updates, is private and must not be shared outside the group without permission.

Stay On Topic – Discussions should remain professional and relevant to networking and business development.

Collaboration – Partnering between members is encouraged, but BNI does not endorse individual member businesses. Perform your own due diligence.

Intellectual Property

BNI Referral Rockstars materials—including meeting agendas, presentations, and shared resources—are the property of BNI and the chapter. They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

BNI®, BNI Rockstars®, and related logos are trademarks of BNI. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Membership & Fees

Membership fees are set by BNI and are non-refundable once processed.

Failure to pay membership dues may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Visitors are welcome to attend meetings in accordance with BNI visitor policies but must apply for membership to continue participation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BNI Referral Rockstars operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to mediation under BNI guidelines.
